DRDO has Released Notification for CEPTAM 2021. In this article discuss CEPTEM Exam pattern, Exam Syllabus for Electronics and Communication Engineering & Best book for preparation.  CEPTAM (Centre for Personnel Talent Management) is an exam conducted by DRDO for selection of senior technical assistant, technician and administration and related posts.  

DRDO CEPTAM Exam Pattern

The Syllabus of the DRDO CEPTAM will be commensurate with the essential qualification required for the post.

Scheme of Examination for CEPTAM-09/STA-B

Tier	Mode/ Type of Examination	Maximum Marks	No. of Questions	Duration of Exam
I	CBT for Screening	150	150	120 Minute
II	CBT for Provisional Selection	100	100	90 Minute

The selection process of CEPTAM-09/STA-B Examination

The selection process will consist of two-tier examinations: Tier-I, Tier-II & preliminary document verification.

Both the tests (Tier-I& Tier-II test) will be a computer-based test.

A tier-i examination is for screening only and Tier-II examination is for provisional selection.

The minimum qualifying marks for Tier-I.

40% for UR/OBC candidate

35% for SC/ST candidates.

Candidates will be provisionally shortlisted based on Tier-I examination merit in a ratio of 1: 10 (No. of vacancy. No. of shortlisted candidates) provided they secure the minimum qualifying marks in the examination.

These shortlisted candidates will be called for Tier-II examination.
